Working alongside a 1,000-pound horse takes individuals out of their comfort zones, facilitating personal growth and collective development. Our carefully designed activities and exercises with horses are specifically tailored to help teams identify areas where they can enhance their effectiveness, whether it's in building relationships, fostering trust, improving communication, or strategizing.
What does it look like?
Our workshops are designed intentionally and thoughtfully based on your groups needs. We focus on mindful exercises, such as brushing the horses, interacting with them through coordinated activities, engaging in one-on-one interactions in a round pen, and observing herd behaviors. Participants will gain tools and personal take aways to lead more authentically. Teams will gain awareness into the their patterns and dynamics that may be holding them back from working together effectively.
It's important to note that all participants are ensured safety and support throughout the equine-assisted learning journey, and prior horse experience is not required. Rest assured, our workshops do not involve riding, but rather focus on the meaningful connections and growth that arise through these profound human-horse interactions.

By blending her corporate background and diverse experiences with her passion for horses and personal growth, she has discovered her true calling. With a B.B.A. in Marketing and a minor in Sales from the University of Houston, Samantha brings over 16 years of expertise in forging partnerships, fostering team effectiveness, and cultivating leadership skills. Currently serving as a Learning and Enablement leader at Google, she is instrumental in guiding individuals to advance their careers through experiential learning, self-advocacy, meaningful connections, and impactful contributions.
